This story is great for several reasons -- the author has a pretty good grasp on the characters, the way they speak and the way they act and also on the feel of an episode. While this is essentially a Jack/Sue fic, it has the exact feeling of an episode -- like you could simply slip it into the series with some minor editing. There is an actual, well-written FBI case that takes up most of the story, while the Jack/Sue issue is hovering in the background. Just like watching a good episode!

This is a Myles-centric story where the team goes under cover at a golf and country club to investigate some insider-trading. It's actually a really fascinating completely gen, episode-style case fic. Excellent, though the ending was a little rushed.

Silence of My Shoes by Ducky

This is an interesting piece-- the team is working on busting a money laundering/drug operation, when an explosion temporarily knocks out Jack's hearing. He has to learn to live, at least for a few weeks, as a deaf man, with all that entails. A really interesting look into the world of the deaf, along with -some- Jack/Sue undertones. [Very light].
