Confessions of a Command.com by Fidget [Bob/Dot] Immediately post S3.
There's good and there's bad here. I'll say it straight out-- while this piece is very, very good, I found most of Fidget's other stuff to be not good, but mostly I think because it could use some serious editing. (Couldn't we all?) Regardless, this is great! It's kind of journal-format for Dot (obviously) and covers a short span of time. (No season 4 crap here.) [Five "days".] The timing and stuff is all Dot, and very fun.

Girls' Night In by Centris [Gen? Bob/Dot, etc.]
Sometimes you really need something like this. It's a very simple fic that's just what you expect, but fun and... just fun! I mean, nothing outrageous happens, they skip some cliches, and it's just good, over all. Well-rounded and fun. Fun!

Abort, Retry, Fail by Dan Green [Gen, Bob/Dot, etc]
Mostly gen! This actually starts a huge arc of fics that all connect that I'm trying to work through right now, in between all this school-work and stuff. It was written pre-season 4, so thankfully you don't have to deal with any of that junk. It actually does some stuff that you might haveexpected to happen in season 4, but didn't because hell, the writing just went to shit at that point. At the point I'm at in the story, I'd kind of prefer if this was season four, though I'd like some more Bob/Dot in it.

Nodes in Study Hall by Memlu [Er... well.]
It's a humour piece! Memlu writes these fun little shorts and posts them on her journal for you to read so that you can asphyxiate and die. Seriously. So I can't say anything without ruining it, but this is great fun and you can scurry through her journal looking for more. XD
